The example for Dungeons & Dragons: Since the ring referenced requires Attunement, the last bit, about the 20th level ability being a Useless Useful Spell seems debatable, since it opens that slot (EDIT: the Attunement mechanic) for something better.
This post is to suggest that it be changed, but I lack the in-depth d&d knowledge (preferring pathfinder) to know how to correct it beyond "that doesn't look right."
