It only occured to me after launching the page but The Biomancer or Biomancy or Biokinesis would be good alternate names for this trope and, in fact, people searching for it would probably use variants on those first.
I've been off TV Tropes for a couple of years and apparently the procedure for making a new page has been changed. It forces you to the YKTTW section — which is fine right up until you need to make redirects.
How I can haz redirects?

Looking for concensus here. Would Bloodbending from Avatar: The Last Airbender apply here? It's not manipulating the physical FORM of a human body, but it is using a power to forcibly manipulate/control a person.
