I went with "Billionaire Wristband" because of its appearance in the second Crazy Rich Asians novel. They do mean "billionaire" quite literally in that book, but the character doesn't have to be an actual billionaire to qualify for this trope. They just need to wear a watch that makes them look like one.

Would like to request a move to “Rich Man’s Wristband” for alliteration/rhyme/broadening scope beyond the ultra-wealthy.
