Betrayal by Inaction lists Jor-El in Superman II committing this on Zod at his trial, but Jor-El was the prosecutor against Zod, not there as a character witness, and it wouldn't have made any sense for him to speak on Zod's behalf. In other words, this does not belong on the list.
