I removed these examples. They feel like personal troper tales.
- Somewhere in the Virgin Islands, Robert Frost's "Fire and Ice" is carved on a bathroom door.
- There's at least one children's lavatory in England that has been decorated with characters and phrases from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. Not really scary or gross, unless you're creeped out by the idea of Pinkamena or Fluttershy staring at you while you relieve yourself.
- Somewhere in Pittsburgh:

Seriously though, why do peoeple do this? "Oh God I'm so constipated, maybe if I write something racist it'll go away." Beat "Still nothing. Maybe it'll work if I instead carve it in with this knife that I took into the bathroom for some reason."
