Subversion according to the Playing With page for this trope. One was all set to start, and there was violence, but then everyone turned back to what they were doing. Therefore, the trope was set up to happen and didn't.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.

Is there a trope for Genre Savvy people passing through a barfight casually, just raising their drinks above the fight. I feel that should be a trope (or a subtrope anyhow).
