I think Darth Vader's chokedowns can be easily seen and avoided. The one's who get choked made critical errors.
Episode 4:Smack talked Darth Vader Ep5. Was dumb and disobeyed orders. Always follow orders to the letter. Also taking responsibility for losing Solo instead of continuing the search! "We are searching for them right now Lord Vader!"
