Why is it always Alice not appreciating Bob? Why not add one or two examples of Bob not appreciating Alice? Sexist feminists?

It's ALWAYS Alice doing the unfair/harmful thing to Bob, not the other way around, throughout the entire website.

Is there a trope for when someone defeats a group except for one person who usually hasn't been seen for a while, and the last person says "Aren't you forgetting someone?" as a way to challenge the person or alternatively as a pre defeat one-liner?
