On One Piece's example and header quote

I just did a clean up of all the Square Peg, Round entries with traditional (with fishtails by default) merfolk being "apparently human" only via shapeshifting. I am not sure about One Piece, though, since it's unclear if the merfolk actually turn human as their default form and, while they can grow a tail again if they want, their default form is humanoid even underwater (which makes it a Downplayed trope) or if they always grow tails again when they're in contact with water (which makes this an example of either Shapeshifters with Human Disguise or a Water-Triggered Change, not this trope, so it must be removed). I also would like to request for the page header quote to be changed, since even if it's an example of this trope it's Downplayed, but I can't think of a better header quote right now

Just wondering, wouldn't it help to add an alternate/redirect name, such as Apparently Mer Humans, or just to split this up into two types? Because Allen from Splash, for instance, is still human. He's just able to survive underwater through his relationship with Madison.

I think a redirect might be good; I don't think this trope is big enough to split it yet though.
