I think the Leonine Contract refers to a subtrope involving bargains and contracts specifically.

They're related, but definitely distinct.
An Offer You Can't Refuse is "if you don't take this 'offer,' we'll hurt you."
Leonine Contract is "this is a deal that is an absolute must for you, but not for me."

What's the difference between this and Leonine Contract? At first glance both of them seem to have a similar "You can try to refuse this, but it's gonna end poorly for you if you do" thing going on.
