More Dakka is shooting at your enemy with all the bullets, and then shooting them with even more bullets; you are basically never shooting enough bullets
Alpha Strike, on the other hand, is when everyone present opens fire at the same, singular target, roughly at the same time

So why are there examples that are closer to "wall of guns"? Also where's the difference between The Worf Barrage?

There's no reason both tropes can't overlap every now and then
The Worf Barrage is basically you unleashing your ultimate, most powerful attack on your target... and they take zero fucking damage
