Why isn't this trope called "All Genes Are Incompletely Dominant"?

I agree. The trope description seems to be about incomplete dominance rather than codominance.

I suspect it was a mistake, but I don't think it's a good reason for a rename.

Wouldn't this make more sense as a Useful Note? It seems less a trope and more a discussion of genetics. Which is very interesting.

Not sure who did the research on cat colors, but I once had an orange male and a black female, and their litters resulted in just about everything from tortoiseshell to black to gray to gray with stripes. (Poor little gray kitten didn't survive long...)
