What trope is it when a character's hairstyle is changed within a work to indicate an in-universe change in the character? Two specific examples would be the finale of "Life Goes On" and the last scene of the final Harry Potter movie, in which female characters have their hair put up in an attempt to indicate that years have passed since the previous scene and they have aged accordingly?
