Are examples organized by the medium of the original or of the adaptation? If, for example, a character has brown hair in a book, but blond hair in a movie based on the book, should that be filed under "Literature" or "Film"? I've looked through the folders but can't find a consistent pattern -should I go ahead and sort them by the medium of the adaptation?

The page says "sorted by the original media", so I've moved everything that wasn't (I think; I've probably missed some stuff, and I didn't know what to do with the fanwork folder.)

Deleted Blue Eyes (and other color potholes) for the Resident Evil Chris Redfield example. On its disambiguation page, Blue Eyes has been split into six tropes. Please replace with one of those only if applicable. (i.e it fits the symbolism as well as the color)
