Would a Colour Coded Circle Of Cast And Crew / Colour Coded Circle Of Creators be an idea? A place to plant Creators in a position based on colours, the image for this gave me the idea.

Is that really an example? "The actor didn't put on a fake accent when playing a character"? I mean, if they retroactively made the Australian identity a big part of the character's backstory purely because of the actor's natural accent, I can see that being an example of the trope, but this just sounds like "Character X has brown hair because Actor Y has brown hair and didn't want to wear a wig."
