More like 'A Pirate 350 Years Too Late'.
No seriously, I did some calculations and that title would be more appropriate, or depending on the modern year (I used 2014, the current), minus 400 and got 1614. 2014 minus 350 would put me in the year 1664. We should rename the title of the trope.

How would you shiver someones timbers if pretty much all ships are made of metal instead of wood? that term is out of date.
