Black/Grey is defined laconically as "the completely immoral vs. the morally ambiguous." Being less grey doesn't make one black. Basically, both sides have good points and bad points, but one side has a greater tendency to Kick the Dog. Moral ambiguity doesn't mean both sides have to be identically 50% white and 50% black.
