Maybe keep the Michael Carroll example in the Real Life section, since that's established fact.
Nasty little detail about "Joker's Millions"; the IRS doesn't charge inheritance taxes on what you actually inherited -it charges based on what the paperwork says you inherited. No doubt King Barlowe was perfectly aware of this and factored it into his nasty trick.
