Suggestion of Adding Dusk to Caster Folder for LowTierLetdown/Arknights

I would like to consider having Dusk be put in this section. I recently had a discussion outside of TV Tropes about the comparisons between Shining, who's already listed in this page, and Dusk, who is still currently mentioned but not cemented as a sorely lacking Operator. Both Shining and Dusk epitomises the term "Luxury Operator" in a way being high-cost to develop, make the most out of, and/or obtain — but Shining has much more availability than Dusk, who is stuck in limited time event banners, and the unique nature of those banners she's in means you have to wait A WHOLE YEAR just for a sliver of hope you can get her. Nian and Dusk, her elder sisters, happen to be sharing exclusivity duty on the same banners Dusk only appears in. Nian has one of the highest HP stats ever — she is also lucky enough to be not made of wet tissue paper like Crusher Guards are. And Ling is one of the strongest Operators in the game. I'm so glad I managed to get her on her banner because she brings so much good on the table it's no wonder why she is a bonafide Game-Breaker. Savage is also hit with the misfortune of being available only for a single time every year of the game, but at least you get her for free as a welfare Operator unlike Dusk who you have to shill out hard Orundum for.

Splash Casters like Dusk have it hard as is with the dominance of Namie's pink catnote  and Amni's deaf goatnote . (NoriZC's Charmandernote  is also dominant in the Caster field, but her "in a straight line" attack range means she's more niche than the pink cat or deaf goat, but by God, does she dominate that "burninate in a straight line" niche) Fellow 6* Splash Caster, Mostima, also struggles similarly to her... until you give her her unique module, in which she become actually a better option than even Dusk, and Dusk's second module doesn't help with anything in that regard as far as I know, in the worst-case scenario, her second module is a Power Up Letdown.

Why waste your effort and patience on a Splash Caster that struggles to make herself masterpieces when you could just get Mostima for a fraction of the time it'd take for you to wait for another chance to even get Dusk? Dusk is sooooo much worse than her other two sisters (Nian and Ling) it's not even funny. I feel sorry for her in a way. To many, she's such an appealing character on many fronts, but she's easily one of the most underwhelming Limited operators ever. Indra and Vulcan, two similarly rare and disappointingly weak Operators are lucky that in any time of year you can get either of them once in a blue moon... even if the voucher's existence makes them more common than most would think.

Being the youngest of the family hurts you more than it helps you.
