"Funny Aneurysm" Moment / Harsher in Hindsight? — When Harry tells Jake "four of the Japanese islands are gone" due to the earth's increasing instability, would you count this as an FAM since the book was mostly written before the 2011 Tohoku earthquake? I ask this because of course the actual quake is later mentioned.

I'd say, since the real life quake was mentioned, FAM or HIH shouldn't count. If King had time to add a mention of the real life quake, then he could have just as easily removed the reference to the four islands being gone, and he apparently chose not to.
