Exactly, how will Dr Brand develop the embryos? Do they have artificial wombs, or was she planning to bring them to life herself? Since she was the only woman in the trip, does that mean that she was always intended to be brood mother in Plan B ? Did she know this before the trip started? Is this why she wanted to go to Edmund's planet? Because she had already selected Edmunds to be the "father"
