Are M.U.G.E.N characters even worth putting on this page? They're primarily fan-created content and I presume anybody can simply make their own super hax God-Mode Sue over 9000 "makes Meta Knight look like low tier garbage" character in M.U.G.E.N. if they wanted to.

Not that Bushido Blade II wasn't much of a luck-based game to begin with, but I really think Katze deserves a mention on this page or the Action page just because he's the sole embodiment of the trope's image. That is, he's the only character in the game who uses a gun. An instant-kill gun, in fact.

I'm fully aware of the fact that Bushido Blade is a game without hit points, but I thought it would fit well with the trope.
