Since when were the Turtles created at a pizzeria and drawn on napkins? Last time, I checked, they were created in a bout of silliness one night after watching some bad TV programming.

Edited. The napkin thing may be confusion with their original 30-day licensing deal, which apparently really was drawn up on a napkin, but I don't know where the pizzeria came from.
Roger Ebert said "It is probably the best possible Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie."
Yes, he did say that — while in the process of panning the movie. His review largely consisted of how much he hated the Turtles while revealing how little he knew about them. The quote was used here out of context to express how good the movie was. It was good — but Ebert didn't think so.
