Would be okay to mention In-Universe examples of Executive Meddling here? OCP does do a lot to interfere with Murphy's duty as Robocop in the various films.

That seems more like a case of Pointy-Haired Boss or Obstructive Bureaucrat to me. Executive Meddling is about meddling in the creation of stories; not just meddling period.
