An in-depth discussion has been held on the application of this trope to the RWBY show, and the agreement is that the trope does not apply, not even to Team RWBY. A four-person team that just happens to have the same colour coding does not mean this trope is in effect, especially considering the fact that almost every time the trope gets applied, the humours get applied to different characters in different patterns.
Please do not add RWBY examples to Four-Temperament Ensemble.
If my post doesn't mention a giant flying sperm whale with oversized teeth and lionfish fins for flippers, it just isn't worth reading.
