"Take That: The SDI Defense Satellite misfiring in the first movie. The incident killed two former presidents. One is understandable but two seems like carelessness. At the time the movie was filmed, there were two former American presidents living in California where the fictional laser struck. Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon."

The first movie came out in 1987, while Reagan was still in office. Any idea if this was meant to refer to someone else?

Awww...

Good thing the cut didn't work. I believe there was a Robocop TV series, too. I don't know enough about it to create an entry (though it was one of those 1990s series), but I'm certain it existed.

It's already covered in the main entry. The issue I have is mostly that Robocop isn't that big of a franchise (3 movies and a handful of short-lived series) requiring all the different tabs to cover it all. The film namespace is usually to identify The Movie, The Film of the Series or The Film of the Book and keep it seperate from the original medium. The series started as a movie series and most wicks will apply directly to the movies, so putting the films in the film namespace is sort of displacing it as the originator. If anything, there should be a Series namespace on Robo Cop and leave the main page to the movies.
