Two comments: When I was leaving this movie, I overheard a pre-adolescent girl saying to her mother, "I didn't laugh once." Her mother replied, "If you see it in fifteen years, you will."

This film is specifically aimed at the adult children of immigrants. As I said to my wife, if you had put yarmulkes on their heads, Toula's family could have been some of my Jewish relatives.
