There's a bit of an issue here with regards to referencing the novelization. I went to buy the main one only to find there are two novelizations, both by the same author. One is called "Maleficent" and the other is called "The Curse of Maleficent". Both are hardcover books, but Curse is apparently the story told completely from Aurora's point of view. I haven't had the chance to read either either but those who have may need to adjust the numerous references to novelizations to specify which one. Fortunately, given they're by the same author the odds of one contradicting the other are slim.
I thought Peter Capaldi and Miranda Richardson were suppose to be in this movie, what happened?
Hide / Show RepliesAs I understand it, their parts were written out: they were going to appear in the early part of the movie as Maleficent's father and aunt, but the opening of the movie got rewritten and in the final version Maleficent's already an orphan at the beginning.

I'm new to TV Tropes, but do the Moors classify as having been worfed in Maleficient: Mistress of Evil? In the first movie only a few of the walking trees (and Maleficient) were a threat powerful enough to destroy an army, while on these all the Moors seemingly fit into a normal chapel and where absolutely helpless. It sounds like the Worf Effect to me.
