No Export for You does exist, but it isn't supposed to include cases where 1) the export does get done, if late (unless it's something really egregious like ten years or something), or 2) there is a valid reason for not exporting.

What's the trope for this... isn't it "No export for you or something"?
Us Americans have been waiting to see this for a month while all these third world nations like Germany get to see this.
