I honestly have to say, flawed though the film is, it's pretty much how I'd do a reboot of "Inspector Gadget." The tone's about consistent with what I'd like to see, but all I can say is, it had potential.

Why not write a review
to clarify what exactly you mean?
I have a feeling that Disney made the Inspector Gadget movie along with the Underdog movie suck on purpose, especially since these were originally cartoons that were quite popular and NOT Disney. It's almost as if Disney wants all animation to be Disney!
