The page is currently rather inconsistent about spoilers, probably because examples have been copied from trope pages verbatim.
Some examples try to hide the big twist about the villain's identity, while others discuss it openly. (There are also several smaller plot points that are spoiler-tagged in some places and not in others.)
It's possible, practically speaking, to rewrite the examples to hide the big twist (refer to the villain as "Janus" most of the time, and use spoiler tags where it's necessary to mention his real name).
The question is: Should we? Or should we assume that after 25 years anybody who cares will already know?
The site owner himself has discussed The One With and said they should stay. Please leave them alone.

Do we really have to have the huge franchise menu at the top of the main film page? It's incredibly ugly and intrusive - to me it works much better to just have a link back to the main franchise page in the body of text describing the film.
