I think it's safe to say that she's in the the film then, but be sure to leave a hidden note in the editing markup that's it's currently unknown to what extent she's in it (Full appearance, reference, cameo, etc). Someone can edit it when more information is made available.

Trailers Always Lie is a thing, but her appearance is so minor it could be literally anything. It could be a vision of the past, the future, purely imagination, or a literal reflection of Mothra being there. Or on a screen.
Maybe including that promotional materials indicates she is at least visually referenced in the movie would work but anything more is a lot of conjecture.

So, Mothra appears as a reflection in Jia's eye in the second trailer of this movie. Do we put in her folder that she appears in this movie, or that she has been spoiled by trailer at trivia or main page? Or wait until the movie?
