Erm, do I really need to point out that flock of children running merrily with swastikas on their shoulders around the 12th minute (the limo scene)?[1]

As I understand it, though, the trope is about not seeing swastikas when they would be expected, given the time and place. The fact that they don't show up in the majority of a film taking place in China isn't an example of the trope, and the fact that they do show up in a context that is entirely plausible isn't an aversion - if it was, we'd have to list it as an aversion in pretty much every WWII movie made outside of Germany, and that takes us into People Sit In Chairs territory. The trope simply doesn't apply at all here.

Does No Swastikas really need to be listed here? The entry even notes that it's not surprising, considering the time and place.
