Only Sane Man trope: Tbf I think someone like Buck could possibly more qualify for this than Reed would
Is there such a thing as the audience being Wrong Genre Savvy? I'm thinking of when Buck is the only survivor of the donut shop robbery and has the opportunity to take the money. I heard other audience members at the theater mumbling, "Don't take the money. Don't take the money." (And I joined in, too.) But Buck takes the money ... and suffers no repercussions from doing so for the rest of the movie.
