The only mention I can think of is towards the end of chapter 78 of Co S, when Harry sees the Earth being damaged.
I wouldn't worry about it, probably Nimbus put it there. He does that occasionally.

No. Given how many things taken as common knowledge in Ghosts of the Past are spoilers for Child of the Storm, it would lead to unnecessary white space compared to the current setup.
When the story finishes (assuming we haven't all died of old age by that point), I think it would definitely be a good idea to have a spoilers-off page for the whole story, then have individual pages for Book 1-specific tropes, Book 2-specific tropes, etc, since there are indeed a lot of overlapping tropes.
Right now, though, I agree with Somariel's comment.
We can take out the folders if people prefer. I just figure that it's getting too long and cumbersome in one piece.

Why is the Winter Soldier's name spoilered out everywhere? The fact that he exists and is alive in the present of the work isn't that much of a spoiler. His real identity, or the actions he takes, could be potential spoilers, but as it currently stands, there's too much white space that doesn't need to be there.
