Why are so many examples missing from before the Real Life examples were split to their own page? I explicitly came here looking to quote what was once said about the use of hazard lights in Hong Kong.
- The city of Salvador in Brazil. The whole city. Traffic lights are a suggestion. My old man said "if you can drive there, you can drive anywhere". And he said it was worse than Rio de Janeiro, which I witnessed first-hand how bad it was.
To prove the point, while driving in Rio de Janeiro, looking for an address:
"- Can I make a left turn here?" he asked another driver. "If the cops are not looking, yes you can!" was the reply.
