Is it just me, or does the Crisis Core section seem more like examples of That One Attack than it does of Demonic Spiders?

The cockatrices in the first game. I saw a FFXII playthrough of a guy who played the first game when he was younger and had such bad experiences with the cockatrices that he hates all cockatrices in FFXII, even the tame ones which he doesn't trust (despite them never once trying to hurt anyone). And the enemy cockatrices? The ones actually called cockatrice are some of the weakest enemies in the game.

This pretty much is proof of how the cockatrices in the first game earned their mention on this list.
