Yeah, I knew it would come to that eventually. It seems like the more prolific editors have a bad habit of putting any event that happens in the story as a "Deconstruction" of something.
A similar problem exists on SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome.The Rising Of The Shield Hero, where it looks like every outcome is surprising.

Just to clarify, what qualifies as a "Surprising" Realistic Outcome? Because it feels more like a lot of deconstruction and "Reality Ensues" scenarios over surprising outcomes.
I think a good place to start with the parts that aren't so surprising in real life scenarios, but should keep ones that are considered "surprising" for Isekai anime standards.
