Indirectly. The now-defunct Bally's Total Fitness chain of gyms was a spin-off of the hotel/casino chain, which itself was a spin-off of the company's casino equipment business. The rights to the name for hotels has gone through a few hands, and is, as of this writing, the name of a separate company again, which in turn licensed the name to the regional sports networks as a promotion for their sports betting operations. Meanwhile the actual casino equipment manufacturing rights are in use by the company formerly known as Scientific Games, which merged with Midway's former parent WMS industries and which still uses the Bally name for slot machines, meaning it's the most direct current descendent of the original gaming company (Midway, the video gaming company, itself having been spun-off in 1998, only to die in 2009, it's remnants bought by Warner Bros.)

Is this the same Bally that makes fitness equipment? If so, there's no mention of it here. If not, I think it might be worth a mention since the old Bally gym logo was pretty much the same as the one on the page.
