I can't find any record of cheese rolling in Dundee, and certainly the most famous one is in Gloucester, with others in Chester and Stilton. I'm not saying it's never happened in Scotland, but I've always thought of it as very much an English thing. (If it does happen up here, it'd be more likely in an area known for cheese than Dundee. Lanark, maybe.)
