Would Tagge be considered Dangerously Genre-Savvy? While he is savvy enough to realize that the Rebels do pose a threat to the Death Star, I do not think that was the reason why he was not on the Death Star during the Battle of Yavin. From what I understand, he left to search for the Rebel's base on Dantoonie, and didn't have the chance to return when Tarkin makes his assault on Yavin IV. Unless there's quote of him stating he got cold feet of the Death Star making its way towards Yavin IV and decides to postpone his return just in case.

Hop on over to this page and add them.I refer to the fact that Tagge is listed in the Dangerously Genre-Savvy section for doubting the invincibility of the Death Star against the underdog Rebels that his fellow officers like Motti and Tarkin believe in, and notably surviving because he's conveniently off the space station when it blew up. Early descriptions imply that he jumped ship during the Battle of Yavin but based on what I gathered, he wasn't even present in the Battle of Yavin (being on his starfleet looking for the Rebel base in Dantoonie).
There's a proposal to swap the image for the original cover version - which would give us a larger, better quality version (350 width vs. the current 300).
That would also give us slightly different colours and a different lightsaber pose, though.
