I can see arguments for and against both categories tbh.
Stuff like the Kamis and the Bunraku (which can range from Powered Armor to Mecha) could be considered too unbelievable to place it in the low fantasy category. But at the same time, I don't think any of the magical elements are any more over the top than some of the stuff we get in the Witcher franchise, which most people seem to agree is low fantasy.
At the same time despite how many demons are running around and how crap the world can be for some of its inhabitants, is it dark enough for dark fantasy?
