Would be it okay if I split New X-Men: Academy X into it's own page?

I wouldn't object, however I think the reason they're here instead is because New X-Men Vol. 2 began as New Mutants Vol. 2.
As with other Marvel titles, there's a suggestion that we should disambiguate the different runs including the original one - so New Mutants becomes the umbrella or disambig page, with New Mutants (1983) covering the first run.
