Perhaps it should be divided by faction instead of series. That way most of the villians will have a folder of their own. It could breakdown like this:
Rogues
Wraiths
New Republic / Galactic Alliance
Imperial
Zsinj's Forces
Other

Part of me is cringing at that idea because I never read the comics....and part of me is liking that idea. One question: where do you put Wedge and Wes?

With the Rogues: both spend most of the overall series with them, and both make it clear that they consider themselves Rogues before Wraiths.
Also Myn was part of both squads. I would put him with the Wraiths even though the last time we see him he is a Rogue, since he was introduced as a Wraith.

So I want to reorganize this a bit which was spurred by a desire to put in the characters from Adumar. In the process, I came to the conclusion that there should be 5 sections.
1) Multiple works. Wedge would go there but I'd also stick the rest of the core 4, Iella and that Imperial Admiral in books 7 & 9
2,3,4) Comics, Rogues and Wraiths. I'll leave it as-is
5) Adumar and then I'll add the interesting characters from there (Hallis, Cheriss, the NR Diplomat, the Wedge's Imperial opposite, and the guy in charge - yeah, I'm bad with names.)
I've only put the stub for Adumar in so far but that's where this is going
