Do we wanna agree that Wednesday herself is a Horrible Judge of Character?

I'm not so sure...the trope is generally more based around trusting people you shouldn't, whereas Wednesday tends to approach everyone with excessively cynical distrust. The only time she arguably trusts someone she shouldn't is Tyler, and it took her A LONG time of him acting nice to warm up to him, she didn't trust him right from the start, and he wasn't acting particularly obviously suspicious, it's hardly surprising that she didn't initially suspect him. She distrusts Xavier who turned out not to be the killer, but he WAS acting suspicious, her distrust isn't without cause. She's overly suspicious of her parents' intentions, but again, while some of her assumptions are wrong, they WERE hiding something, and she correctly recognises when Gomez is lying. She's also quick to realise that Weems is up to morally dubious stuff, and similarly with the mayor. Thornhill is not Obviously Evil and everyone at the school trusted her, so it doesn't make Wednesday a horrible judge of character to not suspect her at first—no-one else suspected her either! (And Wednesday didn't really confide a huge amount in her anyway, she was always pretty closed off to her despite Thornhill's efforts at gaining her trust.) The only truly wild misjudgement she makes is of Kinbott, and even then it wasn't totally without evidence that seemed to support it. I feel like in general Improperly Paranoid covers her attitude well enough.

Quick question: Can we confirm that was Jenna Ortega playing Goody Addams?
