The reason I am questioning it is that, fan exaration asside, Imperial Planets in general set their own laws so, as this is the page for the Imperium as a whole, unless there are specific examples that cover the whole Imperium (the Astra Militarum regulations don't count as that would go on their page not here) I feel it isn't a valid example.
