Not wanting to start an edit war, but I'm going to contest the "Smart Barrel" on the basis that they're old, rusted-out pieces of crap. Even assuming they actually would have the technology integrated into them, they'd probably long since fallen to disrepair.
Just for the record with the Wendy and Stan thing it says that the game either "ignores the events, they got back together or it takes place before Season 20." I'll tell you that the game takes place after Franchise Prequel which takes place before the game and Heidi is with Cartman by this point, thus it does NOT take place before Season 20 so that option is ruled out. And I can tell you now the second option is more likely than the first. But, the third option is off the table.
