While she doesn't really go out of her way to do anything particularly evil and Jerkass Has a Point when Holloway's infected with an unknown alien pathogen and she won't let him get on the ship; she callously says "help yourselves" when Shaw pleads for Holloway's life, and probably the only reason she doesn't try to physically stop Janek's suicide run is because he's only a few pounds short of a human bear, and otherwise she outright presses for Janek to fly off even after Shaw tells her of the threat to Earth.
