In Lyra/Kotone: Expy: Arguably of Kris.
First, Expy is an objective trope and it uses "arguably". Second, they are not particularly similar visually(If their more glaring visual similarities are, in the order, be a girl and have twin pigtails, their twin pigtails are totally different- and exist generic trainers with said traits, you is not too similar visually). Third- she is more similar to Dawn and May, both script and role-wise. Fourth and main: Word of God said not.
In Jasmine entry, it is said that Sandstorm protects its Steelix from Water-type moves which is incorrect for multiple reasons in my knowledge (feel free to correct me if I am wrong): 1) The Sandstorm don't do anything particular to Water-type moves. 2) It only boosts the Special Defense of Rock-type Pokemon, which Steelix is not (it is Steel/Ground). 3) Her Steelix didn't have any ability to exploit the Sandstorm.
