So it's mentioned multiple times that the stuff about the neural stimulator implants are a case of A Date With Rosie Palms , but where exactly do people get this idea from? I've read through the dossier, and it never says where the neural stimulators are implanted or gives any indication that they're for sexual purposes, so unless I'm missing something (which wouldn't surprise me), it could just as easily be for back massages, or allowing Tali to feel things through her suit, or some kind of VR simulator / futuristic drug (which I guess would be how Expel 10 would be able to release recorded albums).
